3. Booking & Deposits
To confirm your cleaning service appointment, a non-refundable $100 deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be credited toward your total service fee. Failure to provide 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling will result in forfeiture of the deposit. B&C Professional Cleaning reserves the right to adjust or refuse service for any booking that does not meet our standard operating conditions, such as access issues or safety concerns.

4. Service Expectations
We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. Clients are responsible for providing adequate access to the property, removing fragile items, and ensuring safety conditions for our cleaning staff. We are not responsible for the removal of hazardous materials or any damage that occurs due to unsafe working environments.

5. Refunds and Adjustments
Please review our Return and Refund Policy for more detailed information on cancellations, refunds, and adjustments. Refunds are generally not provided for completed services, but we will address any quality concerns promptly and offer follow-up services as necessary.

6. Recurring Services
For recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), changes or cancellations must be made with at least 48 hours' notice. Missed appointments without notice may incur charges or loss of deposit.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions, is the intellectual property of B&C Professional Cleaning. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited.
