At B&C Professional Cleaning, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. Below is our comprehensive return and refund policy to ensure transparency and provide a smooth experience for our clients.
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services. If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to your location to address any missed areas or concerns at no additional cost.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are not typically offered for completed services due to the time and effort involved. However, if issues persist after a follow-up service, we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis to determine if a partial or full refund is appropriate.
3. Deposit Refunds
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking. If you need to cancel your service, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule without losing your deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service will forfeit the deposit.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if notice is given more than 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will result in the forfeiture of the $100 deposit. If you wish to cancel a recurring service plan, we require at least 7 days' notice before your next scheduled clean to avoid any charges.
5. Recurring Service Adjustments
For clients on weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning plans, adjustments to the schedule or service package are allowed without penalty as long as 48 hours’ notice is provided. Missed appointments without proper notice will result in the deposit being applied toward the next scheduled clean or withheld for the missed service.
6. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued if the client fails to follow the outlined preparation requirements before our arrival (such as securing pets, moving fragile items, or providing access to the property).
Services rendered under promotions, discounts, or gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
